Choosing Shakin’ Spirits as your bartending service will grant you a worry-free celebration with you and your friends. We will bring all the tools needed for bartending, as well as our bartending set up which includes disposable plastic drinkware, cocktail straws, cocktail napkins, two 90-quart coolers for storing ice, and four copper tubs to chill and showcase drinks.

No, Shakin’ Spirits is a dry-hire bartending service that cannot provide alcohol for any sort of event. Offering more money will not change this strict policy that we have in place.

Once a deposit has been made, we will provide a detailed list of everything you as a customer need to purchase and have ready for us at the day of the event. We will calculate the amount required for each item based on the information provided to us based on the 1-on-1 phone call.

No, the deposit is non-refundable once it has been sent and your date has been reserved. This policy is in place because we immediately secure your date, begin purchasing the necessary items for your event, and devote time to creating an accurate calculation of the supplies needed.

The day of the event, we will arrive early to set up and get ready to begin serving drinks. Once the set up and preparations are complete, the rest of the payment will be due before the service begins. No drinks will be made before the payment is completed even if the agreed start time of service has passed.

There is a three hour minimum required for booking with Shakin' Spirits.

We will arrive two hours early to the agreed start time of the bartending service to begin setting up the bar area.

Last call will be 15 minutes before the service was agreed to end. (Ex: If the service is from 5pm-8pm, last call will be at 7:45pm.

No, we will take care of all our bartending equipment and bar set up once the service ends. You will just be left with all your mixers, beer, and alcohol, that was left over.

Generally, yes, but there may be exceptions if it conflicts with a future Shakin’ Spirits event or other unforeseen circumstances arise. Shakin’ Spirits reserves the right to decline requests for additional time beyond the agreed duration. Hiring us for extra time past midnight will incur a late-night fee.

NO, under no circumstances will Shakin’ Spirits serve alcohol to any person under the age of 21. We have the right, and will ask for a physical form of identification that proves the person asking for a cocktail is of legal age to drink alcohol. Failure to provide proof of legal age requirement, will be denied the drink and offered a mocktail instead, given the drink selection can be made into mocktails.

Any damage inflicted onto property of Shakin’ Spirits will need to be replaced or paid for by the person who hired the service. If any guests begin to start problems/threaten/cause damage to any property of Shakin’ Spirits and/or our bartenders at any point in time, we hold the right to cease the service immediately for the safety of everyone present. No refunds will be given for the event and the service will end, leaving behind all the alcohol, mixers, and supplies provided by you. If any firearms and/or weapons of any other sort are brought out and/or present at any given time during the event, Shakin’ Spirits holds the right to end the service immediately with no refunds.
